Lynn Zwibak, founder of Zwibak Revenue Management, talks with Greg Aden about an adult ADHD diagnosis, depression, anxiety, and building a career that fits your brain.
Lynn spent years hearing she was too energetic, too analytical, or too smart for the job she was in. She describes leaving a director level sales role and taking a 50 percent pay cut to move into revenue management, where helping hotels solve problems and watching the light bulbs go off became the work she actually wanted. Greg reflects on his own view that good selling is really helping someone buy what they said they wanted.
