Clara grew up as the quintessential overachiever, chasing academics, titles and a corner office, until burnout left her not recognizing the person in the mirror. She shares the February 12, 2008 moment when her three year old son Nicholas put his hand on her laptop and said she was not paying attention to him, and what she rebuilt after that. She and Greg get into why so many people never ask themselves the honest question, why the vision has to come before the how, and how she now works with leaders in three areas: mindset, leadership and productivity.
