Kate Neligan on How Equine Coaching Leads Leaders Back to Their Hearts

Kate Neligan spent 13 years marketing films and games in Los Angeles for studios and brands like iTunes, Xbox, Sony PlayStation and Amazon, hit her goal of becoming a VP two years early, and then realized the achievement was not filling her up. In this conversation with Greg Aden she talks about the ego death she went through during her master's practicum in spiritual psychology, the mare who taught her to lead with love, and why horses pull people into the present moment so quickly. She and Greg get into humility, authenticity and presence as the traits great leaders actually need, what success looks like when it is not measured in titles, and why coaching skills like heart centered listening and accountability belong inside every organization. Kate now runs equine partnered life and business coaching from Longmont, Colorado, working with individuals, groups and teams on the ground rather than in the saddle.
