Jeff Faldalen on Turning a Near Fatal Crash Into a Life of Coaching Others

Jeff Faldalen tells Greg Aden about the drunk driving accident more than 30 years ago that nearly killed him and left his sister in a coma, and how that moment forced him to look at how he was showing up in life. He talks about the four and a half years it took to get clean, the mentors and father figures who refused to buy into his ego, and the hardest thing he ever had to release, his victim story. The conversation moves into how he coaches people today: the images in your head and the scripts you tell yourself are the two things that control the quality of your life. Jeff and Greg also discuss why leadership is in transition, why control and scarcity no longer work, and why the leaders who struggle most are the ones who cannot get honest and ask for support.
