Greg Aden talks with documentary filmmaker Nic Davis of 4:08 Productions and adventure sports storyteller Wade Holland about what leadership looks like on a film set and behind a small growing company. Nic shares what he is working on personally, patience with his team, giving new hires room to develop, and asking a junior producer what she actually needs instead of assuming.
