Arnaud Saint-Paul, founder of the Heart Leadership Institute, joins Greg Aden to explain heart leadership, mental fragmentation, and how team coherence drives business results.
Arnaud makes the case that the heart is already whole and coherent, while the mind carries layers of fragmentation that keep us from hearing it. He walks through the seven dimensions he uses to map where a person actually stands, including inner peace, inner joy, non-attachment, selflessness, unity, and purpose, and explains why the ego version of me is a very different thing from the capital Me that mirrors everyone around it.
They get practical about what this looks like inside a company. Arnaud describes the Heart Leadership Index, 12 week sprints with teams, and one client of 20 people where a year of work with the founders and the team moved their score 10 points and lifted client engagement significantly. Greg shares his own version of the same idea, looking into your own eyes each morning and asking what you want to create, along with his reminder that Greg knows when Greg is not telling Greg the truth.
