Greg talks with Lori Frisher about what it actually takes to listen well. Lori wore hearing aids for 30 years and now wears two cochlear implants, and that experience shaped how she reads people through their eyes, their lips, touch, and silence. The two of them dig into why saying "I hear you" is only the beginning, why listening should lead to action, and why empathy may be the most important skill a leader can practice. Greg also gets honest about where he still struggles with it at home.
