Anson Ross Thompson on How Words Shape People and Relationships

Greg Aden talks with author, entrepreneur and insurance professional Anson Ross Thompson about how words impact people and the relationships around them.

Anson shares why he writes a thousand words every morning, where the idea for his book The Rule of 8% came from, and why he made the number up on purpose. His point is simple: you are not for everyone, and about eight percent of people are the ones you can go deep with, so being yourself is what lets your tribe find you.
