Hanni Berger and Thomas Ramsey join Greg Aden to talk about why they do what they do. Hanni shares how a divorce and years of stress led her out of a 20 year corporate career and into health coaching, and how her purpose became boldly striving for peace and joy. Thomas traces his purpose back to a small town outside Philadelphia, his parents, and the loss of his mother, and how that pushed him to serve business, education and law enforcement communities. Together they get practical about leadership: asking more questions than you answer, putting people in seats they thrive in, and Thomas's challenge to build empathy by shopping, eating and spending time in communities where people do not look like you. They also share why they said yes to the Leadership Development Day on February 4, 2021.
