Sarah Thurber, co-author of Good Team, Bad Team, joins Greg Aden to talk about cognitive diversity, building trust, and leading teams through big challenges.
Sarah wrote the book with her husband Blair Miller, drawing on the FourSight thinking profile and more than six million data points on how people solve problems. She explains the four types of thinking a problem needs, why more than 60 percent of leaders default to a preference for implementing, and how that default can quietly shut out the quieter people on a team.
