Zach Guerin on How Younger Leaders Can Lead Better

Zach Guerin is COO of Foothills Regional Housing in Jefferson County, Colorado, where he oversees compliance and asset management and works on development. He tells Greg Aden how hospitality taught him to look for alternative solutions instead of saying no, and why he sees his role as a support function for the teams he leads.
