Patty Beach on SHUVA and the Art of Alignment

Patty Beach joins Greg Aden to unpack SHUVA, an acronym for see, hear, understand, value and appreciate, and why leaders who practice all five become the kind of people others want to work for. She explains what she calls the versarche, a versatile approach that combines masculine and feminine strengths depending on what the moment calls for, drawn from her years as a geoscientist in oil and gas and her graduate work in organizational development.
