Anne McGhee-Stinson and Laurie Oswald of InteraWorks join Greg Aden to talk about what leadership actually asks of a person. Anne describes the leader's first job as creating a vision people can live into, especially now that the predictable path has disappeared, and explains why InteraWorks teaches leaders to look inward for resources before reaching outward.
