Do you remember as a child playing hide and seek? Ready or not, here I come! So often we hesitate and do not take action because we feel we are not ready for that step. Is your leadership ready to hide or seek?
What makes you ready? What are you waiting for? Regardless, no time to hide.
Right now, we can either adapt to the situation before us or freeze and be afraid to make any decisions. Are you fearful of the unknown or outcomes beyond your control? Reach deep and recall what allowed your growth and transformation when times were a bit more certain. Meanwhile, please remember those you lead are watching you and your example of leadership today matters.

Now is the time to step out of our own way, out of our comfort zone and create a journey through an unknown path that in our logical mind we may not be ready for, yet this new adventure awaits us.
I challenge you to seek as a leader and then play hide and seek with your children. Take the leap of faith, push through your doubts and experience a “wow” breakthrough moment. Write articles to help others, join a Podcast or journal about these fun and trying times.
