Meet The Speakers — A Sneak Peak Into The Leadership Development Series

The Leadership Development Series, which continues on August 11th, 2022, is rapidly approaching. Part two of this event prioritizes the unique development and growth of the individual. When attending the series, you will be able to join a community of leaders from all walks of life.

It is our goal and hope that all who attend will experience powerful sessions and conversations on critical leadership topics that challenge and inspire you.

Whether you already plan to attend, or you are still thinking about it, we wanted to give you a sneak peak into the next session of the Leadership Development Series to whet your appetite.

The Two Conversations and Their Speakers

The upcoming event on August 11th will be split into two sessions — each highlighting important discussions that need to be held in order to grow as a leader. Before the two sessions begin, we will hear some opening remarks from Greg Aden to kick us off. The first session is titled “Building Trust in Culture,” and the second session is “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.”

So, let’s dive right in.

Session One: Building Trust in Culture

The first half of the event will largely focus on generating a healthy culture and building trust within the team — two things that desperately need the help of a good leader.

In this session, we will have the following speakers with their respective talk titles:

  • Peter Lynch: “Contagious Culture: the art of engagement in an age of disruption”
  • Conversation with Rachel Lambert and Angie Noack of Braincode: “The Neurology of the 1%”
  • Anthony Lambatos: “Leading by Example Will Build Trust”

Session Two: Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

The last session of the day speaks to the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion and will include a number of powerful conversations that outline your ability to implement these important aspects into your relationships.

In this session, we will have the following speakers with their respective talk titles:

  • Josh Edmond: “Authenticity: Emancipating High Performance”
  • Monica Williams, Sean Choi, and Dr. Monica Mallet: Conversations on “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion”
  • Danielle Shoots: “Intellectual Self Care for Leaders”
  • Greg Aden & Anne McGhee-Stinson: Tying it All Together
