Challenges are what make us great and for Cesar, who lost his mom at a young age and battled addiction later in life, challenges are what has made him into the husband, father, and leader he is today. He made his dreams of becoming an executive in the hospitality space a reality, but it wasn’t just his big dreams that made it possible, it was the people along the journey that helped him make his dreams a reality.
