Sarah Thurber is a Detroit native and creativity expert whose career has focused on creative process and leadership. She coauthored Creativity Unbound and Facilitation: A Door to Creative Leadership with creativity consultant Blair Miller.

She later collaborated with author Dorte Nielsen on a creative process model adopted by the Creative Education Foundation and coauthored the best-selling book The Secret of the Highly Creative Thinker, ranked #4 on Inc.’s list of “44 Favorite Books of High Achievers.” Sarah currently leads FourSight, which has introduced creative thinking tools to more than 100,000 people worldwide.
