“No thief, however skillful, can rob one of knowledge, and that is why knowledge is the best and safest treasure to acquire.”
— L. Frank Baum

Knowledge is and will always be powerful.  What do you know?  Who do you see?  Where will you go?  How will you serve others?  The older we get, the more we understand that life is about people, places, and things but also serving whenever possible.

Life is about impacting and inspiring.  It is about helping others grow personally and professionally.  If you will influence people, places, and things and help others create impact in their life, then your life will be extremely rewarding.

So how does one begin to affect their world?  Knowledge.  Learn all you can.  I’ve written and read many articles regarding the dynamic of ‘learn, share, grow’.  I believe it is paramount to not only continue to learn and stretch ourselves but also to be selfless relative to sharing knowledge so others may grow as well.  We don’t own their growth but we can certainly gain great joy in watching it from a distance.  How do you feel when you serve someone that grows and you see progress?  My answer is really happy.

I’ve learned so much from articles, podcasts and YouTube.  I am inspired to start my own Servant Leadership podcast in March to share the learnings I have had around this powerful approach to coaching.  However, the key element of this project is to receive input and insight from other brilliant minds and giving hearts.  There is something about listening to other enlightened individuals sharing their stories, their insight, and wisdom.

I read the following just the other day, “Once you learn something, share it.  Give it for free to others. Your transfer of knowledge will solidify that content into your brain and it will be easy to recall that item in the future.”

Learn something.  Share something.  Someone will grow.  Why else are we here?

From the heart of a servant leader,

Greg
